Tragic death in Spanish football: A 12-year-old youth player died in the small town of Pinto in the Madrid region after a game. This was confirmed by the local emergency call center to Spanish media.
According to this, the teenager suffered a severe asthma attack around 1:30 p.m., after which the emergency doctor was called. As a result of the attack, the boy suffered a bronchial spasm – a severe spasm of the airways, which can lead to respiratory arrest.
While still on site, several people rushed to help the boy and initiated resuscitation measures, which were continued even after the rescue workers arrived.
For more than an hour, the helpers tried to revive the boy – without success. Eventually they had to determine the boy’s death.
