Technical problems resulting from a power failure caused a lengthy interruption in Premier League leaders Arsenal’s clash with Leeds United on Sunday.

The game had to be stopped after a few seconds because Chris Kavanagh’s team of referees had lost all contact with the video assistant and the goal-line technology.
For several minutes it was unclear what caused the interruption. Leeds United then reported the power outage on Twitter.
After a break of almost 40 minutes, the game could be continued.
