National player Robin Gosens came on as a substitute at Inter in the 63rd minute.
SSC Napoli is still the undefeated leader. Luciano Spalletti’s team won 3-2 (1-1) against FC Bologna. The goals for the Neapolitans were scored by Juan Jesus (45′), Hirving Lozano (49′) and ex-Wolfsburg player Victor Osimhen (69′).
Defending champions AC Milan celebrated a 2-1 (1-1) win at Hellas Verona and remain within reach of Napoli in third place. The German central defender Koray Günter (19th) scored to equalize for the home side. Sandro Tonali scored the winning goal in the 81st minute.
Record champions Juventus Turin had already managed a liberation on Saturday. In the city derby against FC Turin, the old lady won 1-0 (0-0). In the second half, Dusan Vlahovic (75th) redeemed his team with his goal. The goalscorer pushed a Danilo header over the line from close range.
After the surprising 2-0 defeat in the Champions League at Maccabi Haifa during the week, Juve coach Massimiliano Allegri had scheduled a penalty training camp. After just one win from five league games, the pressure on the Italian coach had grown.
