It won’t be long before the premier class is finally back in contention for the most prestigious trophy in European club football. From Tuesday, September 6th, the Champions League will get down to business, with five German clubs taking part.

Champions League, group stage: The groups
As usual, the 32 Champions League participants are divided into a total of eight groups this year. Here’s an overview, starting with groups A through D.

Champions League, season 2022/23: Broadcast on TV and live stream
Broadcasting rights are easily explained this season: DAZN broadcasts most encounters live and exclusively in full length. However, there is one exception per game day: Amazon Prime Video has secured the rights to one Tuesday game each. The final will also be broadcast on free TV, namely in ZDF.
DAZN has a lot more to offer than the premier class. Whether Bundesliga, Series A, Ligue 1, Primera Division, US sports (NBA, NFL), UFC, tennis or motorsport – at DAZN there is something for everyone. The whole thing costs either 29.99 euros per month for a monthly subscription or 24.99 euros per month for an annual subscription. It’s this way.
